Frank Heffernan is from Waterford, qualified as a solicitor in 1980 having been apprenticed in Dublin for a number of years prior to that. He was one of the founding partners of Kinsella Heffernan, Solicitors, in 1982 and worked in all areas of general practice but specialised in litigation and family law. In 1999 he qualified as a notary public and offers that service to clients of the firm.
